I am a Rainbow T'ai Chi Chi Kung teacher and Reflexologist, working with the amazing healing power of Chi - universal energy!
Practising Rainbow T'ai Chi and Chi Kung exercises can bring some seriously radical changes to your life, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually!
I run weekly classes, 1-2-1 sessions , introductory & advanced workshops , a Summer retreat nr Skipton and another September retreat in Scotland
